Tasting notes
Pale rosé colour. On the nose the wine shows subtle notes of red fruits and mineral hints, giving good persistency and finesse. On the palate, it brings up cherries and wild berries. The finesse and the minerality are confirmed in the mouth. |

Herbs flavoured dishes, grilled white meat, red mullets, chicken and fish curry, bouillabaisse.

Skin- contact maceration rosé. Low temperature fermentation. Matured on the lees.

Medals
In the last ten years the wines “ Château du Rouët” have obtained 22 medals at the “Concours Général Agricole” in Paris, as well as the “Concours des Grands Vins de France” in Mâcon,
and among them 6 gold medals and 4 silver medals. At the “Concours des Vinalies Nationales” (Union of Oenologists of France) 10 distinctions have been awarded.
